Return Policy
Returns are not accepted, however an exchange may be made in the event of an error or defect. See below.
Exchange Policy
An exchange due to manufacturer defect or an error on our part may be accepted based on the following:
- Exchanges must be initiated via email within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
- Requests must be sent to contact@thenicunotebook.com with the subject "EXCHANGE REQUEST."
- Email must include name, email, order number and detailed explanation of defect or reason for exchange.
- If the exchange is due to a defect, please include photos.
- The NICU Notebook® must be in its original condition with no signs of use. There should be no writing, markings, or evidence of removed markings on any page.
A return shipping label will be provided via email. Once item is received and condition is verfied, a replacement will be shipped.
