Returns are only accepted if The NICU Notebook meets the following criteria:

• The journal must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear and tear.
• All pages must be fully intact.
• There should be no writing, markings, or evidence of removed markings on any page.
• The return must be initiated within seven days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@thenicunotebook.com with the subject RETURN. 

Once we receive the returned journal and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase minus the return shipping. 

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be withheld from the returned amount unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
